Budapest photos

Great news. Camera problem solved.
Asked cruise director to ask whether anyone had charger for our camera. Someone did . As it turns out, we did have the charger with us but had been confused on operation.Bit embarrassing as Kate the cruise director now makes fun of one of us at every opportunity.

Budapest is my favourite city in the world. and finally here are the photos.

But first here is one of Paul arriving at Budapest airport after about 33 hours of travel. Great to be met at airport.

The next one is Gab getting on board the ship (after just over 33 hours of travel).
And on our first night on the boat, we were introduced to all the crew who are all Bulgarian. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Here we are being serenaded.

From the top of the boat tht night, we took some photos of the Beutiful Budapest skyline from the boat...

And then the photos froom Budapest from Mon 18th June.
We visited the Hungarian Opera house. Really ornate inside and was the place to go. The opera house is the second biggest in Europe when built 1884 and is one of the most famous examples of Neo-Classical architecture in the world.

Art works cover walls and ceilings.
One is of the goddess Psyche. No speciial reason it is included.
That is it for Budapest.
